Is your organization or team facing a change?

Do you need support with finding purpose or strategic alignment? Is there a lack of structure or clear accountability? Are there conflicts that are affecting collaboration? Or do you simply want to proactively and consciously plan and shape the future – before it becomes a pressing issue?

I would be happy to accompany and advise you in your organizational and team development process – holistically, systemically, and resource-oriented.

About me.

I am an organizational consultant (Trigon), a political advisor with over 10 years of work experience in English- and French-speaking Africa (GIZ), and a facilitator for musically improvised group processes (Música do Círculo).

My expertise lies in syntactic-hypnosystemic development consulting according to Trigon and Syst®. I view my work as a social art that supports organizations and individuals in unlocking their potential, recognizing their purpose, and evolving in a way that is true to their essence. I place great importance on the balance between cognitive and intuitive methods.

For over a decade, I have worked as an advisor in development cooperation (GIZ), with long-term assignments in Morocco, the Congo Basin, and the SADC region (Southern Africa). This experience has shaped my understanding of complex systems, cultures, and processes of change.

On a musical level, I have had the privilege to learn from pioneering figures such as Bobby McFerrin, Rhiannon, and Música do Círculo in the field of cooperative, inclusive, and spontaneous musical improvisation. This "collective sounding" allows for a deep experience of true co-creation. In my consulting processes, I offer guided journeys into the world of musical improvisation where appropriate. It is all about presence, listening, initiative, mutual support, and the simultaneous experience of individuality and connection – always with a focus on personal responsibility.
